"Trey installed some high quality plantation shutters in my home about 10 years ago. They had survived 3 kids for a long time until my kids decided to use them as a ladder...which I wouldn't expect any shutters to survive. I went back to Trey to have them fixed, fully expecting to pay him. But he told me the blinds have a lifetime warranty and he came out twice to fix them free of charge. He also showed us how to fix some other shutters in our home that he hadn't installed (they were here prior to us purchasing our home). I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE Trey!!"
